Local, seasonal fresh produce meets traditional Chinese recipes. The food we prep is local, traditional, and cultural.
Dishes are prepared with beef, duck, lamb, pork, turkey and eggs sourced from local farms including Groff’s Content Farm, Pecan Meadow Farm, and Pork Stock Farm.

XI’AN SPICY & SOUR BEEF & CHIVE SPROUTS DUMPLING SOUP KIT: wheat flour dough, ground beef, chive sprouts, cilantro, shrimp flakes, scallion, ginger, liaojiu (Chinese cooking wine), olive oil, sesame oil, five spice, flavored vinegar, flavored soy sauce and black pepper.

EGGPLANT & CHINESE GREEN PEPPER & EGG (V): wheat flour dough, Chinese eggplant, Chinese green pepper, egg, Beijing zha jiang sauce (fermented soybean sauce, dry soybean and sweet bean sauce), ginger, and scallion.
FISH & PERILLA & TOMATO: wheat flour dough, ground fillet, perilla, shepherd’s purse, Asian melon, cilantro, tomato, egg, ginger, and scallion.
DAIKON RADISH & RICE NOODLES (V): wheat flour dough, organic spinach, Asian green daikon radish, rice noodles, house-made pickled veggies, ginger, scallion, mustard oil and veggie oyster sauce.
VEGGIE & TOFU (V): wheat flour dough, spinach, tofu, Napa cabbage, carrot, red bell pepper, shiitake, cilantro, ginger, scallion, and veggie oyster sauce.
Products contain wheat, wheat gluten, egg or fish.
