PAN-FRIED SHEPHERD’S PURSE BUNS (V): wheat flour dough, Shepherd’s purse leaves, bok choy, bamboo shoots, veggie oyster sauce, Chinese 13 spice mix.

SHANGHAI PAN-FRIED PORK BUNS: wheat flour dough, ground pork, house-made chicken gelatin soup, ginger and scallion water, and white pepper.

BIG STEAMED PORK BAOS: wheat flour dough, ground pork, ginger and scallion water, Chinese cooking wine and black peppercorn.
