Dishes are prepared with beef, duck, lamb, pork, turkey and eggs sourced from local farms including Groff’s Content Farm, Pecan Meadow Farm, and Pork Stock Farm.
MAIN INGREDIENTS FOR PRE-PACKED AND READY-TO-COOK HANDMADE SHUMAI:
PORK & SHRIMP: wheat flour dough, organic beetroot powder, ground pork, shrimp, ginger, scallion, and ground black pepper.
SHANGHAI PORK BELLY & STICKY RICE: wheat flour dough, pork belly, sticky rice, shiitake mushroom, organic snow pea, ginger and scallion water, Chinese rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, five spice, sugar, salt.
Products contain wheat, seafood or egg.
TIP: keep products frozen and pan-fry on a skillet for best results.
